About Me

Hey there, dearest—

If you're new around here, my name is Analia. Welcome to Little London Street!

Little London Street is about living intentionally. I believe that it's important to live every day in the moment, and I also believe it's important to share those moments with others so we can create lasting bonds of friendship. Feel free to take a look around, view some old posts that I wrote when I was a wee lass, and leave a comment. Below is a quick Q&A answering some of the most common questions I get so you can hopefully get to know me a little better. Thank you for visiting, and please, come back again!

FAQ's:

How long have you been blogging?
I've been blogging since around 2012, when elementary-age me started her first blog full of stories about her dolls. In 2015, I discontinued the doll blog (a good judgment call) and began writing a personal blog about my hobbies, creative writing, and incredibly amateur photography. I blogged there until 2019, and in 2017, I started Wild Pennings with the intention of developing a more professional blog about books and writing. If you read my older posts, you can see a lot of ups and downs in that department. Wild Pennings has recently undergone a glow-up into Little London Street.

Are you a student?
Yes, I am! I am a junior studying experience design and management, with minors in anthropology and editing. After college, I intend to study museology in grad school. I love the idea of working with museums one day because I love teaching people through an experience they can walk through. Looking back, my college education is a plot twist in my story because I always thought I would be a writer growing up. I love to chat with the rest of the student community in the blogosphere, so please take a moment to tell me what you're studying and why you're studying it!

What is your job? Are you an editor?
I currently intern as an editorial assistant for an academic publication. I have also interned as an editor for a fiction publishing house, and occasionally I'll edit academic papers for my close friends. Right now I am not offering editing services, but maybe sometime soon. ;)

Are you a writer?
I love writing, but I don't really consider myself a writer anymore. Over the years my passion for writing has morphed into a love for storytelling. Storytelling comes through so many mediums, not just words. It takes creativity to express a story in pictures or sounds, but no matter the medium, the principles of storytelling are always the same. I want to help people bring their own stories and the stories they want to have to life. I also love to hear from all the writers that pass through! Let me know, what do you love to write and why?
